思想政治教育对高校突发事件的防范功能研究

为维持高校和社会的和谐稳定，必须防范高校突发事件的发生。思想政治教育对高校突发事件有着特殊而重大的防范功能，它不但能为防范突发事件提供可靠的思想保证和精神动力，而且其本身就是防范突发事件的重要手段。思想政治教育在思想引导、心理干预、利益协调、情绪宣泄、预防文化教育和预警等方面都具有对高校突发事件的防范功能。     

The effects of model parameter deviations on the variance of a linearly filtered time series

We consider a general linear filtering operation on an autoregressive moving average (ARMA) time series. The variance of the filter output, which is an important quantity in many applications, is not known with certainty because it depends on the true ARMA parameters. We derive an expression for the sensitivity (i.e., the partial derivative) of the output variance with respect to deviations in the model parameters. The results provide insight into the robustness of many common statistical methods that are based on linear filtering and also yield approximate confidence intervals for the output variance. We discuss applications to time series forecasting, statistical process control, and automatic feedback control of industrial processes. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A model for step‐stress accelerated life testing

Modern technology is producing high reliability products. Life testing for such products under normal use condition takes a lot of time to obtain a reasonable number of failures. In this situation a step‐stress procedure is preferred for accelerated life testing. In this paper we assume a Weibull and Lognormal model whose scale parameter depends upon the present level as well as the age at the entry in the present stress level. On the basis of that we propose a parametric model to the life distribution for step‐stress testing and suggest a suitable design to estimate the parameters involved in the model. Mean residual life of coherent systems consisting of multiple types of dependent components

Mean residual life is a useful dynamic characteristic to study reliability of a system. It has been widely considered in the literature not only for single unit systems but also for coherent systems. This article is concerned with the study of mean residual life for a coherent system that consists of multiple types of dependent components. In particular, the survival signature based generalized mixture representation is obtained for the survival function of a coherent system and it is used to evaluate the mean residual life function. Furthermore, two mean residual life functions under different conditional events on components’ lifetimes are also defined and studied.     

关于ADC法评估C~4ISR系统效能中的可靠性

针对运用ADC法评估防空C4ISR系统效能中,可靠性是影响系统效能的重要因素,对C4ISR系统的可靠性进行研究,重点分析了软件及通信网可靠性的估算公式,并在此基础上建立可用性A和可信性D数学模型.最后,通过实例分析证明了可靠性对系统效能评估的重要影响.     

超低照度下微光图像增强神经网络损失函数设计分析

超低照度下(环境照度小于2×10~(-3)lux)微光图像具有低信噪比、低对比度等特点,使目标难以辨识,严重影响观察效果。为了提高超低照度下微光图像质量,设计了一种用于微光图像增强的卷积自编码深度神经网络,并针对传统的均方误差损失函数不符合人类视觉感知特性等问题,结合现有的全参考图像质量评价指标,研究了包括感知损失在内的几种损失函数,并提出了一种新的可微分损失函数。实验结果表明,在网络结构不发生改变的情况下,所提损失函数具有更好的性能,在提高微光图像信噪比和对比度的同时,能够有效地增强图像内部细节信息。     

The building evacuation problem with shared information

In this article, the Building Evacuation Problem with Shared Information (BEPSI) is formulated as a mixed integer linear program, where the objective is to determine the set of routes along which to send evacuees (supply) from multiple locations throughout a building (sources) to the exits (sinks) such that the total time until all evacuees reach the exits is minimized. The formulation explicitly incorporates the constraints of shared information in providing online instructions to evacuees, ensuring that evacuees departing from an intermediate or source location at a mutual point in time receive common instructions. Arc travel time and capacity, as well as supply at the nodes, are permitted to vary with time and capacity is assumed to be recaptured over time. The BEPSI is shown to be NP‐hard. An exact technique based on Benders decomposition is proposed for its solution. Computational results from numerical experiments on a real‐world network representing a four‐story building are given. Results of experiments employing Benders cuts generated in solving a given problem instance as initial cuts in addressing an updated problem instance are also provided. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 一种新型混合跳频通信技术

文中提出了一种新型混合跳频通信技术,该技术结合传统跳频技术和差分跳频技术,在较窄的频带上采用差分跳频调制,并将该调制信号与另一更宽频带内的慢跳频信号进行混频,最终得到一个跳速高、频带宽的调制信号。接收端解调时,先按照传统跳频解调的方式进行慢跳频的解调,再按照差分跳频解调的方式对信号进行差分跳频解调。这种混合跳频通信技术在提高数据传输速率的同时,也可以很好地改善系统的误码率性能和抗单音干扰性能。     

存在工作历程产品的加速寿命试验统计分析

加速寿命试验(ALT)可在较短时间内获得产品的寿命及可靠性信息.利用ALT对产品的剩余寿命进行评估时,常常将已工作过的产品进行抽样并投入试验,在这一类样本的ALT数据统计分析时如何处理初始工作时间,成为ALT应用中的一个重要问题.工程实际中评估此类样本的剩余寿命时常常忽略初始工作时间,将其视为"用后如新"或"无记忆性"产品.但此假设必须以产品寿命服从指数分布为前提,而大部分机电产品的寿命服从Weibull分布,因而该方法在应用时必然会产生较大误差.针对这一问题提出了一种新的基于时间折算的ALT数据统计分析方法,并利用Monte Carlo仿真对其估计特性进行对比研究,结果表明此方法能有效评估存在初始工作历程产品的剩余寿命,估计精度优于原方法.
